The Ultimate Fighting Championship is accused of running a monopsony, meaning there are too few buyers, in the labor market and that this has lead to them to take advantage of the fighters. Please listen to A Face-Punching Legal Battle from NPR's Planet Money. There, you'll learn more of the details of this case. Put yourself in the role of judge in this case. Who would you side for: the fighters or the UFC. Be sure to offer a reason or two why. Please respond on Google Classroom at the question titled A Face-Punching Legal Battle. And if this interests you, check out Apple v. Everybody again from NPR's Planet Money, specifically in this case Tim Sweeney, who is the CEO of Epic Games, the maker of Fortnite.
