Probably because Google is blocking it in the search results. What little I've found seems to hint at a second lawsuit.
I have come across another story, this time about the UFC. The Ultimate Fighting Championship is accused of running a monopsony, meaning there are too few buyers, in the labor market and that this has lead to them to take advantage of the fighters. Please listen to A Face-Punching Legal Battle from NPR's Planet Money. There, you'll learn more of the details of this case. Put yourself in the role of judge in this case.
