Your final
Congratulations you've made it to the end of our course and the end of the school year. It's time to get working on your final.
At the beginning of the semester we looked at what your most important values were and we discussed several policy options or philosophies for the United States. Now that we have studied North Korea, the refugee crisis, climate change, and countless issues that you have brought to class during TCB, what do you feel the guiding principles for our country should be when addressing events in this changing world? Your task for the final is to address that issue. You will need to choose one of the policy options we looked at the beginning of the semester, or invent your own, develop two reasons to support it, and find five pieces of evidence that help support your position. There are resources posted to the final assignment on eBackpack that will help you. This final will be worth 5% of the semester grade.
Some final thoughtsHave a great summer!

Wrapping up IndiaWe'll start by sharing the information we learned about climate change in India. Once we gain a larger perspective from your classmates, we'll attack the question what do you think India should do as it moves forward? Focus on its role in saving the planet at the expense of making its citizens' lives better? Develop without regard for the environment? Or some middle path that might satisfy the needs of both desires. Write a statement on how India should react to climate change. Be sure to support your position with three pieces of evidence from the articles you have read and heard about. Submit your response to the India's reaction to climate change assignment on eBackpack. This assignment is worth 15 points. Your finalCongratulations you've made it to the end of our course and the end of the school year. It's time to get working on your final.
