The Best Way to TravelAt this time of year especially, many of us may spend time thinking about the next vacation and traveling to someplace warm. I think that the pandemic only heightens that desire, Put yourself in my position. My family likes to head to Florida for either February or April vacation. If we fly, my boys, Dexter on the left and Derek on the right, have to sit in their own seat in a car seat. That doubles the cost of the trip compared with them just sitting in my wife and my laps. The alternative is to drive: a longer journey but the cost doesn't go up for additional passengers in our car. Keep in mind, because I teach, there is no escaping early to avoid the outrageous cost of flights. What would you do in this situation: fly or drive?
