What do we want in a president? We're now just over two weeks away from the 2020 Election and who knows how long away from having definitive results. As people head to the polls, though, do we really know whatwe want in a president. Please head to Google Classroom to the Vote by Design assignment to reflect on our own feelings. Design your own campaignOver the course of this presidential campaign, many people have expressed their frustration over their choices for president. We're going to toss out all the requirements to run for president and try and get the best person in office: you.
In order to run, though, you need to take a stand on the issues. You need to let people know what you are all about, For this assignment, I would like you to pick four issues that you feel are core to your beliefs i.e. when you become president, what will you focus on. For each I would like you to develop a position statement that helps explain what you would do as president in regards to that issue and at least three facts to support your position. A great place to start choosing which issues you want to address and researching how you will support them is the ProCon.org website. Please head to the Design your own campaign assignment on Google Classroom for the activity that you need to complete.

As we watch do we really know what we are looking for? What do we want in a president. Please head to Google Classroom to the Vote by Design assignment to reflect on our own feelings. Your to-do list
